Shipments
All in stock items ship via UPS ground. If you need the item sooner than that, please send us an email. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address. Failure to do this will delay your order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. If you prefer to have us ship your items with a carrier other than UPS, please send us an email and let us know. You will be responsible for any addional charges with a different carrier.
Items shipped outside of the US will be be quoted for shipping charges after the order has been processed. You will be responsible to pay the shipping charges before items are sent out. Items shipped outside of the US will will typically be sent via USPS.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped directly from the manufacture's warehouses and will be delievered using DHL, USPS Priority, Fed Ex or UPS. Check your packing slip for details concerning items that have been shipped from a different location.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to the email address you provided on your order. Note, at times your shipping confirmation email can be filtered by your email spam box. If you have not received your confirmation email after 3 business days, you may want to check your spam box.
Returns
We feel that every mom, dad and baby should be happy with their purchase. If this is not the case please contact us with your questions concerning returns. Be sure to inclue your name and order number.
Please note that clearance items, paint and out of stock items may not be returned. If you have a questions about the return policy of a particular item before making a purchase, please contact us.
Tax
All orders from the state of Colorado are charged Colorado state sales tax. This tax will be applied at checkout.
