Shipments

Sweet Madelyn Baby Boutique ships product via UPS ground. If you need the item sooner than that, please send us an email. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address. Failure to do this will delay your order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Most items are shipped from our location in Colorado. Sometimes, packages are sent directly from the manufacture's warehouses. Check your packing slip for details concerning items that have been shipped from a different location.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email via UPS with a tracking number to the email address you provided on your order. Note, at times your shipping confirmation email can be filtered by your email spam box. If you have not received your confirmation email after 3 business days, you may want to check your spam box.

Returns

We feel that every mom, dad and baby should be happy with their purchase. If this is not the case please contact us with your questions concerning returns. Be sure to inclue your name and order number.

Tax

All order from the state of Colorado are charged Colorado state sales tax. This tax will be applied at checkout.
